This year, Temple Shalom is continuing our sacred tradition of honoring and remembering our loved ones in a Yom Kippur Book of Memory. For 5781, we are creating a digital Book of Memory, which will be presented at Yizkor Service and shared with the community online in a digital format. The booklet contains a listing of names and photos (optional) of departed souls and the members who wish to remember them. 

To submit an entry, please complete the Book of Memory form by Monday, September 24. If this is your first time submitting to the Book of Memory, you will select the third option (Add a new submission with photographs + text or text only).
