What is Shabbat B'Yachad?
This joyful Shabbat experience has something for EVERY member of the community. Come for the part of the evening that makes the most sense for you.
The Shabbat B'Yachad Schedule:
5:30 PM - Tot Service: featuring music, movement, stories and blessings!
6:00 PM - Family Shabbat Dinner: come for a carefree dinner of cheese pizza and salad. We respectfully ask for reservations to ensure that we have enough food. This month the suggested donation to cover the cost of food is $12 per person, up to $30 for a family. Deadline to register is noon on the Friday of Shabbat B'Yachad.
6:30 PM - Welcome Shabbat with our Shabbat Hallelu Band: festive singing, dancing and blessings (celebrating birthdays, anniversaries and welcoming our newest members) as we open our Shabbat evening service in the Sanctuary. Our shabbat evening service continues with inspirational prayer led by our clergy team.
7:30 PM - Choose the options that work best for you:
• Oneg Shabbat - Dessert Buffet: Enjoy the sweetness of Shabbat and take the opportunity to connect with other members of the Temple Shalom Community
• Teen Dinner and Activity: Come hang out with friends and enjoy delicious food! Teens will be in a special Teen spaces. This month the suggested donation to cover the cost of food is $25 per person. Deadline to register is noon on the Thursday before Shabbat B'Yachad.
• Adult Dinner & Torah at the Table with our clergy: The suggested donation to cover the cost of food is $25 per person. Deadline to register is noon on the Thursday before Shabbat B'Yachad.
