At our Yom Kippur Yizkor service, we remember those who have been lost and, as a community, support those who are mourning. This year, we will be creating a digital Book of Memory to honor our loved ones, which will be presented at Yizkor Service and shared with the congregation online.

Submission Options:
1. Repeat your text-only submission from last year
2. Repeat your submission from last year and add additional name(s) and/or photographs of loved ones. View a sample photo submission here.
3. Add a new submission with photographs+text or text only

It is customary to remember and honor the souls of the departed by contributing to tzedakah (charity). Monetary donations are appreciated but optional and help offset the cost of producing the Digital Book of Memory. Suggested donation is $36 per entry.

The deadline to submit entries for the Book of Memory is September 24.
