PROXY FORM FOR ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS

To be held at 7:30 PM on May 16, 2025 at Temple Shalom of Newton, 175 Temple Street, Newton, MA 02465 (the “Meeting”)

The following Proposed Action will be voted on by the Members of Temple Shalom of Newton (the “Temple”) at the Meeting:

PROPOSED ACTION: To approve adoption of the proposed “Restated Articles of Organization” that will update and amend the original Articles of Organization of Temple Shalom of Newton (the “Proposed Action”).

APPOINTMENT OF PROXY: As a member of the Temple, I hereby appoint William Korn, Secretary/Clerk of the Temple, or in his absence from the Meeting, then any one of the other Officers of the Temple in attendance at the Meeting, as proxy for me with full power of substitution, to represent and act for me at the Meeting and at any adjournments or postponements thereof, for the purpose of casting my vote on the Proposed Action as indicated by me below. I have received notice of the Meeting with a copy of the proposed Restated Articles by email. 

This Proxy revokes all previous proxies given by me with respect to the Meeting.
