This workshop will familiarize participants with the fundamentals of leading a shiva minyan in the Temple Shalom community. We will explore the Reform movement’s prayerbook designed for a shiva minyan and discuss best practices to support mourners. The group will additionally consider the role of formal prayer, storytelling and reflection during shiva and how to create these meaningful moments.
