2. Join congregant Paul Rezendes for Uneh Taneh Tokef: Fatalism, Despair and Redemption. We will explore the tension in the Uneh Taneh Tokef prayer among the notions of "sealed" fate, the despair it can engender, and the redemption we seek at this time of year, looking closely at Chapter Eight of Maimonides' "Eight Chapters" for possible resolution. This class will be held via Zoom.

Music of the High Holy Days

Our musical quartet will be led by Cantor Jen Keren during the High Holy Day services. We look forward to the sounds of our Shir Shalom choir at High Holy Day services next year. We invite you to watch these video recordings from previous years' services at any point during this High Holy Day season. We hope they will offer some comfort and a sense of familiarity and tradition during this time.
