Learning From Enslavement: Tapping Into A Foundational Message of the Torah

In this intimate and thought-provoking session, Erica shares their personal story of encountering the Torah through the lens of historical and present-day enslavement. Through sincere and direct engagement with some of the Torah’s most difficult passages, they found a pathway to transformative learning—and a renewed relationship with Jewish text and tradition. This evening invites us to reflect on how confronting painful narratives can deepen our spiritual connection and expand our communal understanding.
