Mitzvah/Community Service Project: Micah would be grateful if you would join him in supporting the Sound the Alarm Red Cross fire safety campaign by donating a carbon monoxide detector. The Red Cross supplies and installs detectors free of charge to people in need. They have requested a specific kind of detector - battery operated 9 volt. Click here for the link to purchase. Please note - you are also welcome to purchase from a different vendor if Amazon isn't your first choice. If you choose to donate there are two opportunities to drop-off your gift. There will be a collection box beginning November 1 in the Temple Shalom lower lobby. Guests are also invited to bring the carbon monoxide detector with them on November 19th.
