Fostering Wellness in the Midst of a Pandemic: Tips, Techniques & Resources to Promote Well-Being

Thursday, February 11, 2021 29 Sh'vat 5781

10:30 AM - 11:30 AMZoom and Phone

Since March, we have experienced being physically isolated from one another; we have had to find creative ways to support one another in our synagogue community! Please join us for an interactive conversation with Marji Sokoll, Director of the Betty Ann Greenbaum Miller Center for Jewish Healing at Jewish Family & Children’s Service, to learn more ways to stay connected to ourselves and to each other! We will discuss topics including the importance of community in Judaism, finding gratitude for small things, practicing self-compassion, and focusing on self-care.

This event is free and geared towards our adult community. Register by completing the form below or calling the Temple at 617-332-9550. You will receive the Zoom link and call-in information via email prior to the event.

This event is made possible by the generous support of the Ruderman Synagogue Inclusion Project.
