A Multigenerational Exploration of Community through Text & Art
August 25th – September 15th

Together, we are asking ourselves, what is a good way to be in community when we are physically apart? The Temple Shalom Elul ART project is a community-wide exploration of how different Jewish artists express their understanding of Community.  We are offering two learning explorations, one for kids and one for adults, where we will study Jewish images and texts, broaden our thinking about what it means to be in community together, and create our own original artworks. The Elul ART project will conclude on Erev Rosh Hashanah with the opening of a Virtual Gallery displaying art work created by participants!
